She has more than 25 years of experience in various financial institutions such as commercial bank, investments banks, investment holding company and asset management company. Her roles include covering credit evaluation on lending, structuring financial instruments, managing asset management company and providing advisory for both corporate finance and investments. She has served various senior positions including Chief Executive Officer and Member of Board of Directors. 

She also has an extensive experience in sales and marketing, having had driven retail and corporate sales of financial products over the years.

Her notable achievements include leading her teams to turnaround a company from losses to profitability, coming up with innovative products new to the market and industry.
