All applications are subject to the eligibility criteria established by Koperasi Dana Ikhlas Berhad. In the event an application does not meet the required criteria, the Cooperative will refund the share capital amounting to RM1,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: One Thousand Only) within ten (10) working days from the date of notification of the rejection.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or other method as determined appropriate by the Cooperative. Please note that while the Cooperative will initiate the refund within the stated period, actual receipt of funds may be subject to administrative processing times and external banking procedures, which may vary depending on the financial institution.

The Cooperative reserves the right to withhold or delay any refund in cases where there is suspicion of fraudulent application, non-compliance with Cooperative policies, or where further verification is required.
