Joint venture in development of 64 units of single storey terrace houses in Kapar, Klang, Selangor. The project is strategically located in a matured area, with many amenities such as school, mosque, pusat Kesihatan and Kapar town which is 5 km from the development. Kapar is a growing town with many major economic catalysts being developed.
One of the main catalysts are the ECRL station, which is located less than 7 km from the
property development, which is expected to be completed in December 2026 and operational in
January 2027. Once operational, Kapar can be reached by 3.5 hours from Kota Bahru
Kelantan.
